Lee Miller Print Room

An exhibition for browsers and collectors. This print sale will celebrate Lee Miller‘s estate printer Carole Callow and her dedication to the Archives in the final month before she hangs up her darkroom apron, retiring after 35 years. Carole Callow and Antony Penrose will host gallery talks at 1pm and 3pm on both Sundays.

Lee Miller (1907-1977) began her career as a New York fashion model. She later worked with Man Ray in Paris, ran her own portrait studio in New York and lived in Egypt, before becoming a photojournalist during WWII and settling in Sussex.
