Julia Ann Field

The Feminine, the Divine and our Earth are the dominant themes in my ‘sacred-scapes’, where the lines between Pagan and Christian iconography are blurred. These very personal projections address the imbalance I perceive in our 21st century Western lifestyles. ‘Tipping Point’ is my latest piece (60 x 60 x 3.5 cm).

This Brighton Festival, I am in two Open Houses: sacred-scapes at the Sussex County Arts Club, and my more conventional plein air landscapes will be on show at the Patcham Arts Open House.
