Roberto Ponte is inspired by the seascapes and landscapes around him. Much of his current work is of locations around his studio, as well as the countryside and seaside he has fallen in love with, such as the counties of East Sussex and Devon. Over the years Roberto has received commissions from a broad range of clients, including public companies and private collections.

“What I am trying to convey is a feeling. When I am painting, I am transported to a place of peace.  I hope that through the use of colour and lines, I can express this. As an artist, I work hard to develop paintings that speak both to me and to others about the beauty that exists in the world”.
