My thoughts follow a pair of flying doves frozen above the moon bridge. I am far away from the crowds, it feels different here as though I have landed in a new place. The Blue Moon is slow to appear. I almost give up hope of seeing it at all. Suddenly, against a very dark sky I notice a halo of pale gold beginning to show itself from behind the cliff’s edge becoming brighter and brighter. I gasp. The moon isn’t blue at all. The full moon owns the night sky, my inner voice is finally silenced.
