Jeannette G. Moretti

Jeannette G. Moretti is a visual artist based in Venezuela and Italy. She began her artistic exploration with abstract painting where elements like spirals formed the foundations of her first works. Moretti subsequently made the leap into Pop Art which has allowed her to explore materials, contrast figures and create stimulating and provocative paintings.
Moretti populates her work with irreverent and avant-garde nuances, constantly fusing characters from the collective memory such as superheroes and cartoons characters with every day elements.
