Dylan Wallace’s engaging sculpture and decorative objects are inspired by nature, in the broadest sense. Anything from the sound of a running stream to an interstellar dust cloud is used as source material to spark the making of objects which aim to capture aspects of our shared human experience in the universe. Although abstract Dylan’s work is grounded in good craftsmanship ensuring his work is both beautiful and thought provoking. His aim as an artist is to bridge the gaps between the arts, humanities and sciences through beautiful objects which prompt universal pondering.
