Matt Henry (b. 1978) makes fictional narratives using a sequence of photographs. The series (some loose, some linear) have been described as ‘stills from an imaginary film’, and explore a fascination with the politics and culture of the mid-century era, with one eye on the present day. He is internationally exhibited, is featured in over 80 publications, and has work in museum and private collections.
