Andres Sanchez
Andres Sanchez is a sound artist living in Bogota. His soundscapes combine many sources and construct a layered aural experience. Andres is interested in the psychology of sound, including its unconscious and visceral effects. For this year’s work, he has taken a video film and transported the experience of viewing it from being a piece of digital wallpaper to be a distinctive moment of time. His soundscape fundamentally changes the essence of the viewer’s experience as an everyday happening becomes a ballet.
