Mary Penley

Mary Penley is a ceramic artist based at Biscuit Studio. Known best for her triangular ‘T’ pots, and  delicate oyster platters, she continues to experiment with clay, delighting in colour, pattern and surface texture. Her work has been seen in Elle Decoration, Harpers Bizarre, and the Tatler. A qualified Spiritual Director for the Church of England, Mary also leads ‘Prayer through Clay’ workshop retreats  for churches and dioceses in various parts of the country.
