Suraya Harfush’s relationship with art began when she opened her eyes each day as a small child in Mexico. Space, colour and culture filled her vision and fed her artistic soul. Years of artistic practice and hard work followed and her vision was magically transformed into art. Today her work is influenced by contemporary literature and visionary architecture and informed by fantasy, silence and dreams. Suraya defines her work as an Almanac, a record of her daily artistic practice, her expression and her soul.
