I am a figurative artist based in Brighton painting primarily from life. Recent exhibitions include the Royal Academy, Society of Women artists, Worthing Museum and Art Gallery, the Sussex Contemporary and the Royal Society of British Artists.I am drawn to the more expressive side of painting whilst trying to be truthful to what I see before me. My work frequently has a personal connection to my life and I often paint the people and places that are important to me.
