New and Renaissance Music
Times: 3:30pm - 4:15pm
Encounters Show this year has poems giving voice to the visual art on display. Visitors scan QR codes and listen to writers reading their poems. During a performance by the Pastores Duo there will be an opportunity to hear original music written for one of the artists entitled ‘Music for Felipe Iriago Coiman’s Poem’.
Also, the Pastores Duo, will perform music on tenor and bass viola da gambas from the Renaissance, Baroque and works by Erik Satie, Charles Mingus with new works by Robert Carrington and Paul Neville.
