I am showing two series of paintings:

‘Slow Time’ is impressionist studies in acrylic and oil which depict those apparently insignificant scenes and moments from the domestic and the everyday, which nonetheless can resonate in our memories. These are often occasions of human connection, or companionable disengagement.

‘Paint Marks’ may particularly appeal to book lovers. It comprises 24 small and intricately illustrated watercolours, each inspired by a particular novel or play, and each rich in details that lovers of the books will recognise.
