Flat 3, 48 Brunswick Square, Hove, BN3 1EF

After 16 years as an artist and muralist in America, I recently made a most instinctive decision: to move back and make Brighton my home. This work comes out of that rupture. It holds the disorientation, the pull to rebuild, the question of where – and who – home really is. Through impressions of Brighton’s energy and people, these paintings trace a shifting sense of identity, place and belonging. Shown inside the faded grandeur of our new home at 48 Brunswick Square, this collection marks a turning point — messy, unresolved, vibrant and completely necessary.

After 16 years as an artist and muralist in Washington, D.C., I’ve made one of the biggest transitions of my life: moving to Brighton. This new collection of paintings reflects that shift — exploring change, identity, place and belonging through colour, movement and layered surfaces. Exhibited within the remarkable historic setting of our new home, 48 Brunswick Square, the work captures a personal and creative turning point.
