As a visual artist and performer, Mackenzie’s allegorical work draws from the everyday and often elevates the ordinary. Wanderings of a sometimes detached, queer, ND, working-class experience. Artificial intimacy, urban dystopia, dolls, dark humour and musings on the detritus and alienation of British life. This year he’s joined by artists including Pearl Bates and Dominic McGuire.
