1 Sussex Emmaus

Sussex Emmaus Drove Road, Portslade, Brighton and hove, BN41 2PA

Sussex Emmaus provides a stable home, meaningful work opportunities, training and tailored wellbeing support through our social enterprises for up to 58 people on their journey out of homelessness. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and our community actively works to reduce waste, protect the environment and enhance the biodiversity around our Portslade home. We’re delighted to be taking part in the Artists Open Houses for the first time, showcasing the incredible creative talent within our community. Featured artists include Trisha Stone, our Upcycling and Remade teams, Christian Coley @ Raw Lighting and more. On display during the festival, you will see beautifully restored and upcycled furniture, textiles, lighting, photomontage, jewellery, all thoughtfully crafted and given a new lease of life. Come and discover the creativity of local Brighton artists while supporting a charity making a real difference.
