“My work is inspired by the natural world, the changing seasons, weather patterns and the growth and life of plants. I am a keen amateur gardener and I observe what happens in the seed tray and in the garden and use this observation. via drawings, photographs etc to develop shapes for sculpture.

The large outdoor works are cast and produced in cement with fibreglass reinforcement whilst some of the smaller clay pieces are fired and glazed to become one off sculptures in their own right.”
