The immediacy of the printmaking process is a different experience to the more contemplative and solitary nature of the painting studio, but the two areas have become a significant combination overlapping and feeding into all work and ideas. Paring down to simple shapes and visual symbols I aim to create paintings and monoprints of exciting and innovative colour.
