Yve Slater studied art foundation in Brighton and then completed a degree in Illustration at the Manchester School of Art. She continued to develop and explore drawing on location. Influenced by colour and shape, as well as David Hockney’s photographic collages, she began creating large scale drawings from observation, on location; supermarkets, car meets, garages and journeys on public transport.Media/artform: Ceramics
