Cameron Kegel
Trained in Brooklyn, New York, Cameron is the Brighton-based ceramicist behind Clay with Cameron. Now practising at Mews Art Studio, she creates small batches of wheel-thrown vases, bowls, mugs and other functional pieces, embracing the individuality and imperfections that make handmade ceramics special.Her signature deep blue and green glazes echo her roots on both sides of the Atlantic, drawing inspiration from the shifting colours and textures of the ocean.
With a love of simple forms, tactile finishes and thoughtful glaze combinations, Cameron celebrates the beauty of everyday objects, creating pieces to be enjoyed, used and treasured.
