Cecil is one of Brighton’s most collected artists with a series of successful one-man shows in London and internationally. Come and meet the artist and discover 30 new watercolours and oil paintings of Brighton, Venice, Italy and India. Featuring several iconic subjects: the Palace Pier at dusk, haunting Venetian waterways, the famous Lake Palace at Udaipur, Rajasthan and dramatic views of Devils Dyke.
