9 Rex Ashlock Retrospective

30 Guildford Street, Brighton, BN1 3LS

This is a posthumous exhibition of paintings by the American artist Rex Ashlock, featuring two favourite themes: sea and women. Since his death in 1999, a number of Ashlock’s works have been sold at auction and privately, while others have been accepted by museums such as the Berkeley Museum of Art and Monterey Museum of Art. On sale are some of his smaller-scale paintings that for family reasons have found their way to Sussex.
