1 One Garden Brighton

One Garden, Stanmer Park, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN1 9SE

Throughout May, One Garden Brighton will host an exhibition of art created by local youth group charities to raise awareness on the important work they do in our community. All proceeds from art sales goes directly back to the charity.

Art in Mind
Art in Mind is a group of young people who use art to campaign and raise awareness about their mental health experiences. The charity also supports young people to design, make and sell their own art products. Young people have been busy creating a diverse range of artwork and prints, cards and stickers (see Art in Mind website).

The Wildmind Project
The Wildmind Project is a not-for-profit, community interest company. They provide emotional and mental wellbeing support to young people (aged 16-25) through nature interventions such as wildlife conservation and gardening, combined with a large range of creative activities. A talking circle allows the young people to connect and share personal and collective struggles within the safe boundaries of the group. Specific programmes are available for the young LGBTQ+ community and young people with learning disabilities (see The Wildmind Project website).
