HERA (Healing Expressive and Recovery Arts) is a network of programmes using arts and creative activities to enhance the quality of our lives, health and wellbeing. The creative activities are specifically designed to improve the functional health and wellbeing of HERA participants living with physical and/or mental concerns.

The HERA exhibition celebrates and showcases art works created by HERA project participants, and the accompanying events offer taster sessions open to all. Email or call us (see info below)  for more information or to attend HERA events.

The HERA exhibition is open to the public during May 2024, 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at the following participating GP practices:
