Melanie is a fine art painter, her practice focuses on portraiture and landscape using oil and pigment on linen. Often working on large scale canvass, her work is colourful, to scale and influenced by Freud, Bacon and Saville. Melanie is a graduate of Byam Shaw, Central Saint Martins and after several years out of the studio due to health and work, she is back and building a portfolio – open to commissions and exhibiting.
