A collection of over 20 artists selected from serendipitous meetings from the curators’ time in Brighton. Local, interesting people sharing their authentic expression, some new pieces created especially for this May exhibition. The intention of Aurora House is to elevate the visibility of new or ‘less seen’ artists and make exhibiting their art accessible and a kind process. The eccentric and unusually decorated building captures the Brightonian characteristics perfectly.
Performances and workshops also welcome visitors to immerse themselves in the creative flow and become a part of art culture too. Each week speaks differently; feels like a hybrid between the Fringe and Artists Open Houses, a side-fringe perhaps.
