Just over 100 years ago a new art movement blasted onto the scene – Vorticism was the brain child of Wyndham Lewis and Ezra Pound and shook up London for a brief moment before war brought it to a premature end.
Vorticism is just one theme running through this thought-provoking studio exhibition of paintings, prints and sculpture; about fifty portraits, landscapes and figure compositions in total, with influences ranging from Smithfield Market to Japanese prints and African masks.
