Aaron Thomason (SunMoth) was born in Somerset raised in Huddersfield and now lives in Hove where he paints.

The son of a Sculptor and  Actress, he is Inspired by the Urban and natural Environments which surround him and is particularly drawn to the contours, textures and patterns which shape these landscapes.
He creates an image in his mind  and then begins to put this onto the canvas. As he paints and sculpts the image evolves in unison. A form of mindfulness is the objective where he is painting ‘in the moment’ creating without thinking until he reaches a point where he feels it is complete.
