• Click Events on the left hand side menu
  • If there are no events in the list it means that there are no events coming up in the future
  • Select All events from the drop down menu and click Filter to see all events including past ones

  • To add an event click ‘Add new’ under Events on the left hand menu
  • Enter the name of the event and the date and times (top right box entitled ‘When’)
  • Enter the location of the event.
  • Each time a new location is added it adds it to the library of locations which can be viewed by selecting Locations from the left hand menu
  • When adding a new event start typing the name of the location and a list of previously saved location will appear

  • Select the location from the list and the rest of the fields will fill in automatically


  • You can edit or add locations by selecting Locations from the left hand menu

  • Back to the event – You can also set a featured image
  • Underneath the location details you will see some further options
  • If the event needs to be booked or paid for, select ‘Enable registration for this event’ under Bookings/registration
  • This will expand the panel showing more options
  • Click Add new ticket
  • Enter the number of spaces/tickets there are
  • Enter the price of the ticket
  • Enter the max number of spaces/tickets that a customer can buy and the minimum (usually 1)
  • Click Save or Update at the top of the page
  • All orders will be stored under ‘Bookings’ on the left hand side.
  • We can also set it to send an email when someone books an event.
