Events
- Click Events on the left hand side menu
- If there are no events in the list it means that there are no events coming up in the future
- Select All events from the drop down menu and click Filter to see all events including past ones
- To add an event click ‘Add new’ under Events on the left hand menu
- Enter the name of the event and the date and times (top right box entitled ‘When’)
- Enter the location of the event.
- Each time a new location is added it adds it to the library of locations which can be viewed by selecting Locations from the left hand menu
- When adding a new event start typing the name of the location and a list of previously saved location will appear
- Select the location from the list and the rest of the fields will fill in automatically
- You can edit or add locations by selecting Locations from the left hand menu
- Back to the event – You can also set a featured image
- Underneath the location details you will see some further options
- If the event needs to be booked or paid for, select ‘Enable registration for this event’ under Bookings/registration
- This will expand the panel showing more options
- Click Add new ticket
- Enter the number of spaces/tickets there are
- Enter the price of the ticket
- Enter the max number of spaces/tickets that a customer can buy and the minimum (usually 1)
- Click Save or Update at the top of the page
- All orders will be stored under ‘Bookings’ on the left hand side.
- We can also set it to send an email when someone books an event.
