Registration for AOH Festival May 2025

• Early Bird. Monday 6th – Friday 31st January
• Normal. Saturday 1st – Friday 21st February
• Late Registration. Saturday 22nd – Friday 28th February

Design and production

• Friday 28th February. Registration closes. All brochure listing content completed by then.
• Saturday 1st March: Brochure design starts
• Tuesday 4th March: PR and Marketing meeting at Atelier
• Tuesday 11th March: New Houses meeting at Atelier
• Monday 17th March: Trail paragraph and sponsors deadline.
• Wednesday 26th March: Proofing starts
• Monday 31st March: Proofing closes
• Tuesday 1st April: Corrections to brochure starts. Main full press release.
• Tuesday 8th April: Artwork to printers.
• Tuesday 22nd April: Brochures delivered.
• Tuesday 22nd April: Launch Party at The Old Market Theatre.
• Wednesday 23rd April: Distribution starts.
• Saturday3rd May: Festival starts
