I work directly from the landscape to make woodcut prints. Working outdoors enables me to capture the line and fluidity of scenes & localities. I’m a great lover of the South Downs.

I carve the block and then print from it. I create different colours by adding coloured papers & hand tinting

This means each one is unique within the small edition

I am showing my work at my studio bip-Art Printmaking, Arundel Mews in Kemtown – Aymer Art in Aymer Road Hove – Upfunt House, 177 Ditchling Road & Art at the Good Shepherd Church in Dyke Road. Lots to see!
