A workshop designed to help you find a centred state of being and go on to create a mobile which can act as a visual prompt to bring a sense of calm to mind when you need it during day to day life. Claire will bring her experience of mobile making, along with all the materials you will need to leave with a beautiful mobile that you can hang in your home. The session will start with tea and a simple guided relaxation exercise.

Workshop is aimed at adults but open to those age 12+
