Emily has been upholstering vintage chairs for over 10 years. Her chairs can be described as traditionally modern reinventing beautifully made vintage frames into chairs that fit in today’s modern world. They are chairs that should be seen and noticed as well as being gorgeously comfortable to sit on. Using both traditional and modern methods, Emily’s chairs are finished to a high and exacting standing giving them new life for many years to come.This year she has sourced a number of gorgeous vintage mid century chairs from G Plan and Howard Keith to Ton and Heals, all fully restored and using some amazing new fabrics and designs. All will be available to see and try at 44 Florence Road, Brighton.
