Winner of the AOH Best Artist Award in 2018, Cecil looks forward to welcoming you to his Edwardian home at Seven Dials, near Brighton station. Cecil is one of Brighton’s most celebrated artists and in his 20^th Open House exhibition presents a special collection of his latest watercolours and oils that reflect the sublime beauty of sunlight and water.

First up is the city of Venice with glittering waterways and silent, hidden canals. Then come new watercolours of Brighton seascapes that capture the golden light of late afternoons, transformed into translucent orange and red. Finally, a collection of Cecil’s favourite painting spots, Giverny, the Sussex Downs and Florence.

Visitors may also browse through a collection of fine art and silkscreen prints and cards.
