Celebrating the Forces of Nature, Glyndebourne’s Artists Open House online offering for 2021 includes new work inspired by the Glyndebourne Festival from our Associate Artist Tom Hammick and sculptures by Halima Cassell MBE.

Also available to view online will be our Forces of Nature group exhibition, an all-women show bringing together new works on paper and paintings.

Kát’a Kabanová and Boris Grigorjevč are joined in body and spirit, their faces and clothing merged into one; they stand at the end of a secret walled garden surrounded as a premonition by the River Volga. The kaleidoscopic coloured wall is a synesthetic device to conjure up the passion in their hearts
