Hello and welcome to my virtual Open House. Not having to empty half the house in preparation has been rather nice.

The paintings lie somewhere between being abstract and being figurative. I allow landscapes, figures, stages and situations to emerge in the process, but keep them ambiguous.

I’d thought I could present them like the gallery in ‘Take Hart’, with the music playing as the camera pans across the paintings, each with a sign: by Helen, age 51. But copyright is a thing… If you remember the music, let it play in your head.
