Three of the Seven Dials Trail Artists are currently doing a special showcase as a pre-cursor to the Artists Open Houses in May at 1-2 North Street, Brighton. Thanks to ‘The Artists Window’ (an organisation sourcing free retail space for artists and reviving empty retail space for communities) the trio are showing their paintings and making great use of the empty retail shop that was Kurt Geiger. Chanchala is showing her signature pieces for May’s Artists Open Houses inspired by woodland walks. Nick Gardner is showing a selection of large and small oil paintings; a further selection of which will be on show in his incredibly popular and expertly curated open house “Art at 21” in May. Renée Adriani of “Alizeti Creative” (popular for the spacious garden and tea & cake during open houses) is showing original gelli printed artwork. The colourful and eye catching showcase is hard to miss on the bustling street.
