Rex Ashlock Retrospective

This Open House is dedicated to Rex Ashlock (1918-1999), an American artist who worked and taught in New York and California, with family in Sussex since 1978. Following the recent sale of many larger oil paintings at auction in the U.S., we are opening for a fourth year, showing mostly smaller works from across his life, many not previously exhibited. There will be sea scenes, animals, nudes and colourful abstracts, among other subjects.
