Bea Eggli

Bea’s recent photographic work creates overlapping images that show the intangibility of memories. These capture echoes of cities that are part of our lives. She hunts for an identity that oscillates between the objectivity of reality and the subjectivity of perception. Squares, bridges, towers and monuments become merged in the form of new detailed cityscapes or vedutas. The final result is a personal perception of the character of a city that combines substantial artifacts and subjective experience.
