I enjoy trying to express the essence of an emotion, movement or figurative gesture.

Some of my works evolve after investigating structures in Nature, gaining inspiration from even the tiniest particles in the air around us. Ideas travel with me as I freely adapt to what inspires me at any one time.

Recently, in contrast to my usual work, I have designed art work sewn and sculpted in cloth. These are not Toys. They are figures/ characters with surroundings created to give them a sculptural platform, taking the onlooker into a fantastical world.
