Baking Art at Encounters
Times: 11am - 5pm
Encounters kitchen has a special guest pastry chef for one weekend only (the 18/19 May) providing consumable art. Johan’s cakes include Vlaai Pie, which is a sweet, golden-brown baked delight comprising a crème pâtissière filling generously topped with streusel (crumbly topping). It comes in a variety of fruity flavours, including cherry, apricot, strawberry, and plum.
