BRIGHTON DRAWS MEN

  • Date:

Times: 6- 8 pm

Brighton Draws Men is thrilled to have received an invitation from Artist Open House Brochure Cover artist Sarah Arnett to host a special life drawing session at her Open House: The Little Picture Palace.

We are in awe with the inspiring cover she has created this year. Join us for an evening of life drawing and glamour where we will talk about our favourite 20th century undersea art. From the undersea ‘Realm of Glass’ set from the 1924 movie The Thief of Bagdad directed by Raoul Walsh and with William Cameron Menzies as art director to Natalia Goncharova Jellyfish Costume design for the ballet Sadko 1915-1916 and Erte’s beautiful Jellyfish lady.

Brighton Draws Men is a weekly life drawing event held every Wednesday from 7-9 pm at the Sussex County Arts Club. It is led by architect and artist Alej Ez.
