Expression for Wellbeing

Explore drawing and painting as a means to express your internal response to an event and so free yourself from painful issues. You will do fun, liberating exercises in’ Alice Land’ style, then a final expressive painting of an internalised response to your own experience. By giving physical form to a moment in time you gain a new chance to respond.

Alice Wisden’s paintings are a response to stressful life events. She trained with creative futures , Brighton in ‘Flourish’ , Arts for Health and Wellbeing practice and will expertly and compassionately guide you through this process in a safe, space at Anahata Health .
