Heart disease and strokes are major health problems where prevention can make a difference.
The NHS is under strain and we want to do more.

– Learn about cardiovascular disease prevention – to reduce the risks of heart disease and strokes.
– Learn about and test our blood pressure screening, monitoring tools and systems.
