I am a contemporary abstract artist based in Newhaven.My work explores the movement of the sea and its connection with the land. It is free and expressive, bursting with colour and movement. I aim to portray energy but also bring calmness.
Working with a fresh contemporary palette, my paintings are an extension of my sketch book and become a dance of mark making and a call and response process. Each mark or colour bouncing off previous lines, strokes and textures.
