Sue is a mixed-media artist working within painting, printmaking and recently - machine embroidery. The natural world, colour and patterns inspire her.Her recent work explores the interaction between plants growing within the landscape, looking at hedgerows and verges. She uses the actual plants to mono-print onto her paintings and works these into compositions with watercolour, acrylics and inks.
