Playing With Clay

Ceramist and contemporary artist Tina Davies has trained as a potter in the Lake District, England and then Antigua in the Caribbean. She continued her studies for two years in Art and Design back in England and finally completed a Ceramics degree in Cardiff, Wales. During her degree Tina’s interests became directed towards nature where she painted the human figure and floral subjects onto clay.
Tina’s love of nature inspires her and she has found a way to express this love through her work.
Tina will show us a bit of how she creates her clay art pieces and talk about her artistic process.
We invite you to visit Art 5 Gallery on Saturday 27th of May from 2:00 till 4:30 pm and observe the artist as she works with clay to create something interesting. Having a glimpse into this process is a unique opportunity that we should not miss!
